Due to a Canada Post strike, we're temporarily using Purolator and UPS for all shipments to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
To ensure the safety of your deliveries, customers are responsible for collecting packages from Canada Post or UPS locations if a delivery notice card is left. Unfortunately, doorstep deliveries have become increasingly susceptible to theft.
For our valued US customers, higher international shipping costs have required us to adjust our rates based on the number of items purchased. We hope this doesn't deter you from shopping with us.
Any tariffs or customs fees levied by US Customs are the customer's responsibility.
All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
No cash value or adjustments can be applied to previous orders.

The customer is responsible for any duty and customs costs that may apply to their order.
We are not liable for packages stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. Whenever feasible, we utilize Canada Post's "card for pickup" service, unless the item is being shipped to a PO Box.
Returns
All items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Please consider this before completing your purchase.
Regularly priced items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer refunds after the 7-day return window. Additionally, a $20 restocking fee per item will be applied to cover the costs associated with re-photographing and relisting the returned item on our website.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
For refunds, the original shipping fee is non-refundable (as the shipping service has already been rendered), and the remaining amount will be refunded. This also applies to exchanges.
